When an app displays an additional privacy notice for a particular feature, that notice supplements this policy.

Information you provide

Our apps may let you enter information such as deadlines, budgets, transaction notes, shopping comparisons, household tasks, timers, calculations, preferences, or other content needed to provide the feature you select. We design our apps to keep this content on your device whenever practical.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and diagnostic details.

Device, diagnostics, analytics, and advertising

We do not sell personal information and do not use your app content for behavioral advertising. Our apps are not intended to run third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

Your operating-system provider, app store, device manufacturer, or crash-reporting service may process basic device, purchase, installation, performance, and diagnostic information under its own terms. If an app release introduces Allihsun Labs-operated analytics, advertising, an online account, cloud synchronization, or another third-party SDK that processes personal data, we will identify it in the app, update this policy, and update the applicable store disclosure before release.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot app features.
• Respond to support and privacy requests.
• Prevent misuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing

We do not rent or sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate support, hosting, app distribution, payments, security, or diagnostics; when required by law; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. App stores process downloads and purchases independently under their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Information stored only on your device remains there until you delete it using the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Security, children, and international use

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Our general-audience apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect a child's personal information without legally required consent. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we control, subject to applicable law. Email support@allihsunlabs.com with the app name, your request, and enough information for us to locate the relevant record. Do not send passwords or sensitive financial information.
