Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Allihsun Labs websites and applications, including Deadline Defender, PayPinpoint, NeatMinute, CartScope, Tidyra, and Clear Calc.

Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using an Allihsun Labs product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. You must be legally able to enter this agreement; a parent or guardian must approve use by a minor where required.
License and ownership
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use our software for its intended purpose. Allihsun Labs and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, design, documentation, and other materials. You retain ownership of content you create or enter.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the products, interfere with their operation, bypass security or access controls, reverse engineer them except where law expressly permits, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, or use the products for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Accounts and security
If a product offers an account, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.
Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Prices and subscription terms are shown before purchase. App-store purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also governed by the applicable store's rules. Unless law requires otherwise, payments are nonrefundable after the applicable store's refund period. Cancel a subscription through the store or account used to purchase it.
Important product limitations
Our products provide organizational, informational, and calculation tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Verify important calculations, dates, prices, and financial decisions independently. You remain responsible for backups and for decisions made using app output.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may modify these terms prospectively. We will post material updates and change the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. Allihsun Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product during the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable rights remain unaffected.
Termination and governing law
You may stop using a product at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will survive. These terms are governed by Virginia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Newport News, Virginia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
